Can you share some of your background and experience that relates to your work on the Gwaii Trust Board? Gwaii Trust is an excellent way to give back to our Islands and I enjoy supporting in any way that I can.  I love to learn and through participation on the Board I am fortunate to increase my knowledge and awareness.

I’m Retired from RBC with almost 40 years of experience in a variety of roles and responsibilities across multiple platforms – ranging from Branch, Commercial/Small Business Banking, Operations, Fraud Mitigation and Capacity Assessments in Regional and National offices.

Previously I have volunteered with Societies for Soccer teams and in mentorship groups Women In Business, and The Business Link.

I completed 1 year of Community College and several business courses: Investment Funds In Canada (Mutual Funds), Financial Statement Analysis, Commercial Account Lending, Human Resources, and Communication.

What is your favourite activity? Beachwalking.  I also love crafting, sewing and crochet.
