Devin joined us in April as alternate for Graham Island South Director, Clyde Greenough.
About Devin:
I’m born and raised in Burnaby, BC, and studied Anthropology at UBC. After University I worked for many years in Cultural Resource Management as a Consulting Archaeologist for Golder Associates all over the province. In 2015 I moved to Haida Gwaii and have lived in Queen Charlotte since that time. I currently work for HaiCo and help to manage various certification programs for the HaiCo subsidiaries pertaining to sustainable forest management and tourism. In 2017, I was elected as a councillor for the Village of Queen Charlotte and I am also a director for the Misty Isles Economic Development Society.
A heartfelt thank you to outgoing Graham Island South Alternate, Al West, for his contributions to the Gwaii Trust board over the past two years, and continued dedication to building strong, healthy communities on Haida Gwaii.
