Hey Haida Gwaii Youth!
Want to make a real difference and get rewarded for it?
We’re looking for 5 awesome young people (ages 13–21) to join the Gwaii Trust Society Youth Board! Areas are:
- Graham Island North (Masset and Tow Hill Road)
- Old Massett Band Council
- CHN Skidegate
- Skidegate Band Council
- Graham Island South (Daajing Giids, Miller Creek, Lawn Hill)
This is your chance to speak up about what matters to YOU – from youth programs to cool initiatives that make our island even better.
What you’ll gain:
- Experience working on a consensus board
- $75 per meeting (only 3 per year!)
- Meetings are in the early evenings – no stress about school or work
- $1500 towards a computer
- The chance to shape the future of Haida Gwaii
